Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply when you use the ABC Oldies Radio website and streams. By using them you agree to these terms. You can contact us at studio@abcoldies.com.

Using the radio and website

• The site and stream are provided free for your personal, non-commercial listening.
• Please do not copy, record for redistribution, re-broadcast or resell our streams or programmes, and do not try to interfere with or overload the website or stream.
• We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time without notice.

Availability

We aim to broadcast 24 hours a day, but we cannot promise the stream or website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Schedules can change at short notice and "on air now" and "coming next" labels are guides only.

Music and content

Music and programmes are broadcast under the licences held by the station. The station name, logo, website design and our own content belong to us or our contributors and may not be reused without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are made through GoFundMe, not through this website. GoFundMe's terms and privacy policy apply to any donation, and questions about payments or refunds should go to GoFundMe. Donations do not give you any right to programming or services.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites (such as GoFundMe and blogs). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or stream, which are provided "as is".

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
